Lydija Dahl, Practice Leader

Lydija's unique accounting background combines both practical accounting and audit experience. Her industry experience includes utilities, oil and gas, insurance, government, not-for-profit, construction, real estate and hospitality.
Lydija is known for her ability to quickly understand situations and effectively lead organizations to achieve their corporate objectives. She adds value to organizations by understanding where controls can improve ROI (return on investment) through business process transformations and the reduction of overall costs by increasing controls over areas of expenditures.
When she is not doing accounting or audit work, Lydija enjoys spending time with her family, working on her various home improvement/renovation projects and working with animals through various foster programs.

Roxanne Torok
Programming Certificate, Production Accounting Certificate, CISA, Licensed Privacy Officer
Ms Torok has over 25 years’ experience in the IT and audit fields. Ms. Torok has worked with several of the global audit firms (Senior Manager, Deloitte) or as a contractor with a variety of clients, including a national audit firm, managing their Privacy Program for Self-Employed Individuals. Ms. Torok has also co-authored several books and has conducted numerous workshops on privacy for corporations.
Cathy Kincaid, B.Sc (Psychology)
Ms. Kincaid has over 20 years’ experience working in service management, process modelling and analysis, ITIL/ITSM, IT security policies and procedures in support of Information Technology General Controls using both ISO and COBIT frameworks, IT audit as well as software development and implementation.
Jo Kelly
Ms. Kelly has over 12 years of progressive bookkeeping and accounting experience. Ms. Kelly has worked with the CRA, she has been a public speaker and is a Paralympian. Her past experience includes working with large multi-national firms. Her progressive experience and attention to detail, provide greater confidence that things will have been done right for our clients.

B.Sc(Psych) Minor: History
Spencer Started working for OEO Solutions at 16 years old as a part-time junior bookkeeper after being accepted to Saint Mary’s University. After 6 Years of part time work at OEO, and University, Spencer graduated from university with a Bachelors of Psychology and a minor in History; and he had a new goal to help grow the business, that had been in his family for three generations. He wanted to grow the firm to the point where all the employees could take advantage of the same benefits he had growing up. After six months of working as HR and OM (operations manager) for OEO Solutions, Spencer realized that as a decentralized accounting company not only could the company afford to shift the usual costs of building maintenance and operations to staff training and investment in staff certification, but that it would provide OEO Solutions a major benefit in terms of both staffing, staff capability to properly service our clients. After a year and a half of planning, discussing, and executing changes on business structure, pay and incentives, and workload distribution the company has grown from a small three person team to a multinational company with over a dozen employees across the globe and new programs focused on assisting employees with achieving additional certification and or degrees.
Dallan Stepps
Dallan is our resident IT admin, monitoring and protecting our systems and your information. Dallan has multiple years of experience in customer service and troubleshooting. He strives to make our environment as smooth and easy for not only for the team, but for you. Dallan has a certificate in IT management and has been assisting our IT audit team.
Sam Baker
Sam handles client outreach and relationships for OEO accounting. Sam has been managing the client relationship side of the business for over a year and is in the process of becoming Smith Maneuver Certified.
Brian House
Brian is a recent addition to the OEO team. He has been working with both our audit group and our accounting group to see if he prefers audits or books - he has a knack for both.
Saba Saad
Wilfrid Laurier University grad with BBA and honors in accounting with a minor in psychology. Saba is also, a CPA candidate and has completed her CPA PEP program and passed my final examination for CPA
Saba is a result-driven accountant with attention to detail. She has an extensive accounting background and loves providing innovative and efficient accounting solutions. Saba's strong organizational and communicational skills have helped her work for a range of different industries in different countries. She loves being a part of our wonderful team at OEO Solutions.
